Excelente servicio tanto como en el personal de trabajo como en la calidad del hotel muy bonito y justo con su precio, excelen ubicación muy céntrico por si quieres salir a dar un recorrido en el centro de Mérida, muy recomendable

Si van a Mérida, les súper recomiendo este hotel. La atención es impecable y todo el personal es increíblemente amable. La ubicación es muy buena, perfecta para moverte por la ciudad, pero lo que realmente destaca es el hotel en general: tanto las instalaciones como el servicio son excelentes. Sin duda es un lugar al que dan ganas de regresar.

Un buen lugar para hospedarse. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y el personal es muy atento y agradable. Quizás el único detalle fue de que no habían toallas en la habitación pero rápido lo arreglé con llamar a recepción.

Bonito hotel, limpio y buena ubicación, habitaciones nuevas y confortables, precio calidad excelente. Y su alberca de noche muy bonita, solo les falta un buen restaurante pero de ahí todo muy bien.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and the overall experience was good. My stay didn't include breakfast (not sure if they offer it), just a room located on the first floor of the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel was very vibrant, and if you want a taste of another side of Mexico, this is a good opportunity. It's 10 minutes away from the ADO station and 10 from the main square with Palacio del Gobierno and Montejos' house. However, it can be a bit noisy in the early morning, which was not a problem for us because we got up quite early. The day before arriving, the hotel sent a whatsapp to give us the main information. The whatsapp number was also useful in case we had some requests. I used it twice and the receptionist showed up to help us very quickly. On the day of the arrival, we arrived at 2:20 and we were allowed to store the luggages in the hotel while we visited the surrounding streets. The same thing happened on the day we checked out. The receptionist is one of the hotel's strengths. She was very helpful in multiple circumstances during our stay. The room was quite big but there was no wardrobe or any other furniture apart from two bed-side tables and a small double bed. The worst part was the bathroom: the wall in front of the toilet bowl was only a few cm/inches making sitting down very unconfortable. Also there was no curtain to cover the small window in the shower.

Este hotel esta localizado cerca de todas las atracciones importantes de Merida y muy conveniente. El precio es muy razonable y nada de caro. El servicio y las atenciones que te dan son excelentes. Todo el personal del hotel son muy amables y te atienden bien. Finalmente, la dama que trabaja en la recepción del hotel en la mañana es muy organizada y hace su trabajo muy bien. Es verdaderamente la mujer mas bonita que vi en todo Merida! Excelente Hotel, planeo en regresar y lo recomiéndo a todos que quieran tener una experiencia bonita en Merida, Yucatan.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. Aunque me cambié dos veces de habitación porque la comunicación entre recepcionistas no es la mejor (feedback para tomar en cuenta), las 3 chicas recepcionistas que conocí se portaron súper amables y lindas. Si regresaría a este hotel, las habitaciones siempre limpias y la atención al cliente 20/10 además por el precio está super bien ubicado y equipado. ¡Gracias!
